It was dealt with promptly with the manager (pru) who made sure we would not be kept waiting any longer and showed... More

Our group of four was disappointed staying here last summer. A booking company arranged this hotel for our group as the first stop of our walk along Hadrian's Wall from coast to coast. After staying here we were afraid for the rest of the trip. Thankfully, the rest of the trip was fine, but the facilities here were lackluster to... More

My wife and I booked two nights here just before New Year. Despite being out of season we were made very welcome, and were upgraded on arrival to a double room with a spectacular sea view. There is a very good Italian restaurant two doors away which we very much enjoyed, and plenty of good eating places in the town... More

We booked to stay here and paid £85 for a room we were told was a double when infact it was a single room with a fridge and microwave. Paying £85, we expected to have a room that you could atleast swing your feet out of bed, but we couldnt. The room looked and felt more like a room that... More

This hotel was conveniently located in Whitley Bay town and overlooks the magnificent views of the bay. It is also close enough to walk from the metro to the hotel (about 15 minutes). The only disappointments I experienced was the poor wifi connection and no tea bags nor milk in the room, yet it was stated on the room booking... More

The only positive feedback is that the hotel has an excellent location. Other than that it has to be the worst place weve ever stayed. The room was really poor. Shabby/dirty decor. Wall paper peeling off the walls, curtains and nets filthy. Bathroom mouldy. The bed and towels were clean or we would have walked out. The breakfast was definitely... More

The good thing about this hotel was it's fantastic location. After that it felt like being in Faulty Towers. The landlady had no idea we had booked on line. The parking was not available as they we repairing a concrete ramp and we were asked to park half a mile away. My sister was asked to pay for the room... More
