Stayed here quite a bit due to work in north shields,rooms are spacious,breakfast is great and staff are very helpful,especially Jonathan who makes the reception job look easy.noisy neighbours Or squeaky floorboards never stopped a good nights Sleep.

It's not a bad hotel in itself, but it's right in the middle of all the clubs. We stayed there over a holiday weekend and it was bedlam from early evening through to about 3:30 am. When booking in the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. If you wanted a drink at the bar it was hard work getting served as the reception also covered tha bar most of the time. This was our second visit to the Windsor after staying in September last year. Excellent price friendly staff. However rooms are so hot - I could hardly sleep.
