Hotel is superb, really clean and excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff that didnt mind our stag party rolling in at silly o'clock in the morning. Will definately use again when in Newcastle and will recommend to others coming up north. Many thanks

Fantastic guest house with very friendly owners. A stag weekend and Maureen and her husband Willie made us very welcome. Rooms spacious and clean and breakfast good choice. Would recommed this to anyone and will definately go back. Close to all amenities and night life.

Lovely warm friendly atmosphere. The room was nice clean and bright with asea view the owners are lovely and cant do enough for you. The breakfast was lovely. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
