Stayed here for one night as we were on a hen party wished it was for more! Our room was very clean spacious with a see view and had everything we needed! We didn't eat breakfast as we got up too late, but the lady that was on in the morning made us a coffee and called us a taxi... More

Stayed at the newquay lodge on 17th oct for one night. Walk in reception was clean and bright staff very helpful. Shown to room and very pleasantly surprised very clean and neat. Spotless bathroom with nice shower. Flat screen tv and new kettle. Lovely breakfast next morning. Overall very reasonable and will use again in the future.

Myself and my girlfriend had a quick stay over in this hotel. We weren't looking to spend too much and this venue we saw was available at just £60 for the night. What we didn't realise is how we had stumbled across a gem of a hotel. The room was excellent, I have stayed in 4 star hotels with a... More

I want to give this review an extra star. But there were a few things wrong. We came here to stay before the Great North Run. The room was lovely and massive! Nice decor. Our room was at the front of the hotel. The window we had was in the ceiling and had no adjustable blind on it. So the... More

The carpark is very small space for 3 car's. But you can park on the road if you find a space!. The reception lady was friendly enough told me all that I needed to know. The room was very clean and spacious, well decorated, the bed was comfortable and nice crisp sheets. The only downside was badly placed sockets and... More

We was in Room 2 , all staff friendly and helpful, aswell as owner. Definently clean, breakfast plenty of, tv reception a bit iffy, however mentioned and sorted out for us, ( which was great ). Shower did not stay at same temperature one minute freezing cold , next boiling hot . But for a 4 day break was an ok place... More

From outside looks like old and bad conditions. If you get a room you will be positively surprised. Good value for money 35 £stg x night single room breakfast included. I would definitely reccomend. Unique weak the wifi is not always 100%......but people like me above 50s survived for years without and are still alive.

Haven't ever left a negative report, but feel this one is warranted. Downstairs and breakfast area nice, but our room was awful. Obviously used for contractors, as no dressing table or mirror in bedroom, very cramped room with a clothes rail for a wardrobe. The valance sheet was full of stains and place had a smell to it. Think that... More

Lovely clean modern hotel only minutes from the sea. We had a huge newly refurbished room on the top floor I think it was room 11. There was no blind on the Velux window but within a short space of time they had rigged up something which did the job perfectly. Fabulous receptionist who really couldn't do enough for us.... More

I travelled up from Liverpool to visit my husband who is staying here while he's working up in Whitley bay. We were in room 13 which was lovely and spacious, and as it is at the top of the hotel, it was also very quiet. I found the room was cleaned to a very high standard, With lots of complimentary...
