We arrived on the the monday evening for a 2 night b&b stay with mrs belis at the erin brae.The hotel has about 15 bedrooms and is tastefully decorated the outside of the building is clean and whitewashed giving a smart apperance compared to other hotels in douglas which can look quite shabby.We had a warm welcome and was shown to our room.The room was basic but clean and tidy.However the tv in the room could have done with replacing as it must have been well over 20 years old ! b&b was £30 and I am a firm beliver in you get what you pay for and for £30 we were happy with what we got.There was only four other guests staying in the hotel however mr and mrs belis were expecting a busy period with the tt bike festival in a few weeks time.This is when a lot of hoteliers on the island have there feast period as the island can expect up to a million visitors.Breakfast the next morning was nice and plentifull with cereal on offer fresh juice and followed by a full english.All very... more
