We are the Merseyside Tuesday Club fron Halewood in Liverpool and we have just spent a week at the Silvercraigs hotel with our groupof adults with learning disabilities and volunteer helpers. We had an excellent stay and were welcomed on our arrival after a long walk from the ferry terminal with much needed glasses of cola with ice! The owners... More

We stayed at Silvercraigs on the lovely Queens Promenade and were Very pleasantly surprised. Nice rooms, helpful staff and the very best of owners in Stuart and lady Di. Could not fault anything. May be too much breakfast though, but, that is our fault. Owners like Stuart and lady Di must be encouaged. They give 200% effort and have to... More

Recently returned from our 2nd visit to Silvercraigs and again was very welcoming and restful. Help yourself to varied breakfast and friendly visitors there too set the day off well. Lots of information and support from Stuart and Dianne meant we had a wonderful 2 days watching the TT racing on the Island. There are local eating places to suit... More

We have just spent a week at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is small and very homely and is in complete contrast with the more clinical aspect of larger hotels. The owners Stuart and Diana and their staff were available day and night to cater for our every need and no request was too much for them. It was evident... More

We are very thankful that, almost without exception, guests who have stayed at Silvercraigs have left satisfied and many have returned to stay with us again! Reading the many reviews on tripadvisor will leave you in no doubt that at Silvercraigs you can expect to find old furnishings but clean rooms, excellent food and good hospitality at a superb location... The Silvercraigs is a very nice place to stay; it has a lift to all floors. The owners are very nice and warm, willing to help you with all your needs. Breakfast very good. Rooms are a bit small to today's standards, but hey, you're on the Isle of Man! The builing is (like all boulevard buildings) quite old, but... More

Had a lovely stay in the Silvercraigs hotel. Decor is a bit out dated but apart from this silvercraigs is great value for money with more than nice helpful staff and owners. I would definetly recomend this hotel to people staying in the Isle of Man that want a nice clean hotel to stay in with friendly and helpful owners... More

Clean, friendly, comfortable bed, very good breakfast. A lovely Victorian Hotel on the outside & perfect sixties decor inside. Much more atmosphere than a multiple. The Horse tram took us directly from the sea terminal to Silvercraigs. Easy walking distance to the electric tram or the town centre. Why spend more? Don Wilson, St.Helens, Merseyside.

The Isle of Man is so 'different' than any other place I have visited. Silvercraigs was enticing because it had a 'lift' and since my husband has mobility problems, this was much needed. Many, if not most, of the buildings do not have lifts. We were greated by the owners in a most friendly way and they couldn't have been... More
