Booked for 5 nights. On arrival we were given a 2nd floor room that was so noisy we immediately asked to be moved. Noise was coming from large extract fan right outside the windows. Duty manager told us it was not their fan and he had no other room available that night but could move us the following day. Reluctantly... more

We met the Duty Manager who offered us due the availability an executive room with sea view as we weren`t offered by the website we... more

At the quiet end of the promenade and a good 15 minutes walk to town centre.Chose hotel as it had been refurbished and was not disappointed with our third floor double room and generous sized bathroom overlooking the bay. However the carpet in the public areas, on the narrow stairs and corridors appeared well worn and the tiny old lift... more

Stayed here for a few nights in an executive room with seaview-rooms are immaculate with a bed with one of the most comfortable mattresses ever. Fantastic shower in the bathroom . The major problem was the overwhelming heat in the rooms and corridors which made staying for any amount of time in the room impossible . Windows had to be... more
