Just returned from a great short break. The hotel and staff are lovely and the food very good. Liked the buffet meals. Bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean and decor very restful, also impressed with the bathroom and always plenty of toiletries available. Had a couple of good evenings in the bar with the entertainment. The Isle of Man is... More

Excellent all round holiday. First class coach, first class driver, and first class accommodation. Double room overlooking the sea, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely large bathroom, plenty of space. Meals good, food plentiful and well cooked. Staff all welcoming and attentive. Everyone really pleasant, couldn't ask for more. Would certainly recommend this hotel, and stay again in the future.

A lovely welcome stay in a very clean warm friendly hotel. As described the steps to the door are steep but the lift was always available to our floor. Lovely spacious clean warm room. The meals and breakfast were plentiful and of good quality. Will book again definitely. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here in March as part of a coach party. The hotel was lovely and all the staff were very attentive. Anything you needed you only had to ask and always with a smile as well. The room was very clean and was a lovely size, shower was exceptionally good. The food was always hot and there was plenty... More

The service, staff and general service was great, unfortunately the view from our room, on the side of the hotel left much to be desired, we didn't have much choice in the matter as we were part of a coach trip, but private travellers can request sea views after paying a supplement. The hotel is not disabled friendly, access is... More

We were part of a coach tour but this didn't detract from the care and attention we received from the hotel staff. It was a pleasure to stay here. There was another coach party and we were given different coloured table napkins on the various tables. We were on the first floor and had a large bedroom and bathroom -... More

We stayed here as part of a GB tour and were very impressed with the cleanliness, size of room and especially the attitude of the staff. They were always so pleasant especially the waiting staff and also very efficient. The food was also excellent but there was one downside going as part of a large group and that was we... More

We have recently returned from a coach trip and we were staying here. The staff were welcoming and efficient, but the lift wasn't working. We had been notified prior to leaving home on Sunday that there was a problem but that it would be working by Monday.....it wasn't, nor was it working any day and we left on Thursday. It... More

Dear valued guest, thank you for taking the time to write this review; we very much appreciate your feedback. We again apologise for the hotel lift being out of service during your stay. This was due to a mechanical failure where replacement parts where required to be shipped to the Isle of Man from a European-based supplier. We dealt with... More
