I could do nothing but recommend this hotel time and time again for great customer service and clean tidy rooms. We've stayed here a number of times and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on the Isle of Man. More

The staff at the Claremont were brilliant. Alwasy friendly and helpful even when I was asking for was a bit too much. In addition I was upgraded to a gorgeously renovated new room. I've been to 5 star hotels which did not have as many amenities. More

I stayed a week at the Claremont in Douglas in one of the east-facing rooms overlooking the sea and the busy road. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable.
