We were allocated a family room on the second floor in a poor state of decoration. It had a double and bunk beds. the double was badly worn with twanging springs . We had two televisions only one connected it was unwatchable as the picture continually freezes. the shower has a drainage problem as the water does not run away... more

The Hotel is fine, clean and well located for a short walk to the promenade or into the CBD of Douglas. Excellent management and staff, friendly, helpful and informative always willing to assist. The breakfasts are terrific and I would recommend this hotel to others. more

We stayed for 4 nights on BB basis. The location is 2 blocks back from main promenade so much quieter and there is a park opposite and street parking.
