The Edelweiss is a three star B&B and it's nothing flash. However, it is clean, comfortable and very well managed. The owners and staff are all really helpful, kind and obliging. We stayed here for five nights and had a lovely time. We had an ocean view room and it was very pleasant. The room was not spacious, but it... More

Accomodation parking in Douglas is in short supply! The Edelweiss is convenient for parking. It has a road in front, which extends up the hill. Parking is easy and free! TOP TIP: If at the end of this review you decide to travel to the Edelweiss by car, ignore their address or you wont find it. It's actually in Switzerland Road,... More

I chose this small hotel on the strength of good reports on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. Stayed here with two ex colleagues in three single rooms and all were reported to be comfortable, clean and well decorated. Breakfast choices were extensive and well presented and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in... More

We book this through the tourist board as a transport package. Excellent hotel. Very welcoming even as we arrived on the late ferry at 10.30. Twin room on 4th floor was at the back. Very clean and comfortable and quiet. Should have asked for a lower floor due to using a walking stick as we couldn't use the lift after... More

This was a great find. Spent three nights here with four girl friends. We had one triple room and one twin. Both were very clean and the beds very comfy. We had breakfast here each morning and there was a great choice, set us up for the day. We found the location good with a bus stop at the end... More

I had a very good time on the Isle of Man and am very thankful to the staff of the Edelweiss. They definitely put the visitors first. Next time I will make sure to book the room with sea-view. My holidays were very active so it is important the bed is perfect for the well deserved rest. Never had a... More

Had an excellent stay at here last week, the staff could not be more helpful and kind. Every morning they remembered how we wanted are eggs, and our toast preferences and with advanced notice, they were able to provide veggie sausages. The lounge was cozy and the rooms tidy and clean. It was a great base for a week trip!
