If you're looking for compensation, just take a tumble on the filthy unswept steps into the hotel or on the broken and unlit steps from the upper to lower car park. All internal fire doors (marked 'keep shut') were held permanently open with bungees (see photo,) dangerous wiring on ceiling light in corridor outside room 12 (see photo,) toilet seat... More

In our 4 days here the carpets have not been vacuumed, neither in the public areas or the rooms. Window sills are covered in dust and grime Light fittings hang off the ceiling and most of the bulbs in the dim halls do not work. Cobwebs are everywhere and they obviously do not get cleared. The building maintenance is terrible.... More

The one star was for the clean bed linen. The bad.... The hotel was not clean. The internal fire doors were never closed. Our room smelled musty and damp- we bought a smelly candle to make it better. The beds were awful, so soft and dipped in the middle. The breakfast was mostly self service and my husband ordered his... More

Everything in this hotel from the thin towels, to the fittings falling off the wall to the powdered orange juice was down to a price rather than up to a standard. I bought on price and expected something really nice for £80 B and B. The place badly needs refurbishment - the staff were amateurish and/or didn't speak English. I... More

Traveled with friends, stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The location is good, clear view of the sea from the hotel premises though the hotel is not at the beach. It's a two minute walk to the sands. Decent parking space available right within the hotel premises. Breakfast is boring and not much people to listen to you. If... More

This "Hotel", I use the term loosely, has a fantastic location the views are stunning, however they come free of charge!! The service, the food, the decor and every other aspect of the said premises are possibly the worse I have ever experienced. Spending my working life in a service industry I was appalled at the sheer lack of any... More

Don't expect a welcome or any kind of assistance with anything. To start off they were not expecting us even though we had a confirmation. The woman behind the desk said it was nothing to do with her she only worked there! The 'hotel' (an insult to real hotels to call it that) is tattered and run down. There are... More

We stayed here for five nights and wished we had read the reviews more carefully before booking. Hotel really shabby from the outside, although very nice location and lots of parking. Reception OK but not particularly helpful. We had paid for seaview and this was nice, but room was overcrowded (1 double and a single bed crammed in). Room was... More

Hotel offers a basic but price effective accomnadation, rooms (room 9, sea view) are small with basic cheap furnishings, although,at first sight, the room looked clean it soon became apparent that a layer of dust covered widow ledge and tv stand plus a reciept for an evening meal from a previous guest which housekeeping must have missed, although it was...
