A great guest house for adults only . We came across this hotel as we were driving around Shanklin and rung to see if they had any vacancies. We recieved a very warm welcome from Carole and Perer at this ideally situated hotel in Shanklin. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was lovely. Would def stay again. Lorraine and... More

Easy and helpful communication by phone. Two of us took advantage of the pre-Easter March 2013 offer "2 nights from £28 per person per night" and that's exactly what we paid, in total, for two separate single rooms. This really was extraordinarily good value for money. If you can get this sort of price (allowing for the room(s) you want... More

Stayed just one night but could readily stay a week. Spot-on rooms. Great breakfast. At just 31 pounds pp per night this is excellent value. Peter and Carol are very friendly and enthusiastic hosts. Highly recommended.

Good food and personal service. Obviously continually upgraded and every effort has been made to provide to your needs - even a fridge for your wine. This has to be one of the best available on the Island.

I was on the Island for another walking weekend, and happily went back to stay at Grange Bank House. Nothing is too much trouble for Carol and Peter. As usual the room was perfectly clean, and everything you need in a b&b was in the room. I found an electric fan in the wardrobe, just in case it gets too... More

As far as we are concerned we need look no further for accomodation on the Isle of Wight. Peter and Carol really understand the importance of personal service and provide it in spades! From the start our needs were attended to, Carol even booked our ferry crossing for us, one less thing to worry about! On arrival we were offered... More
