Very friendly accommodating hosts, great food, service and wonderful cliff-top views of the adjoining coastline. Victorian property with 28 rooms and on-site parking only a short walk from picturesque Shanklin thatched cottage village and the Chine, one of the islands first tourist attractions. Also hotel very near the lift which takes you down to the esplanade and beach.

stayed here for a week,very friendly staff who made you feel at home. breakfast was excellent,and so was the room,with a very comfortable bed. loved the location,watched the cruise ships,and many other ships sailing by. the outdoor pool was heated,and was my 10 year old daughters favourite place. would love to come back here.
