A BIG THANKYOU to Claire and Guy for making our mid week break at The Royson so comfortable. Our room (3) was spotlessly clean and our breakfasts were yummy. Both Claire and Guy are brilliant hosts and really make you feel welcome. This lovely guest house is highly recommended.

We have just had a week's holiday at Roysons hotel. Our room was light, bright, clean and airy. In room 7 we had a lovely view over Sandown bay. The breakfast was excellent and the hospitality from Claire and Guy was second to none. We didn't eat in but the dinner menu looked varied and it smelt delicious. Thanks Claire... More

We stayed at The Royson for the first time in August for our annual family holiday to the Isle of Wight. The hosts, Claire and Guy could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were made to feel very relaxed and comfortable at all times. With having a one year old toddler... More

I am writing with concern over a recent review entitled 'Rip off'. No way is 'The Royson' a 'Rip off'. We have stayed at 'The Royson' many times and never had a problem. Guy and Claire are continually improving this hotel to bring it up to the standards they have achieved with other rooms we have stayed in. Every year... More

Dear Fizzycyst!, I must say it is very heart warming to hear your support after reading such a disappointing review a few days ago. Thank you for taking the time to review us and although it was unexpected it has been very much appreciated. We look forward to seeing you again Best wishes All at The Royson More

We went over to the Isle of Wight for a three day, two night break. We received a very friendly welcome from Clare who came out to meet us. We were shown to our double room which was nicely decorated with en-suite, tv and tea making facilities. We were given a key and able to come and go as we... More
