Have just spent 3 wonderful nights at the Royson in a lovely, spacious, exceptionally clean room with all the essentials (hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities). We stayed only one night but had we had the time we would have stayed longer. Good food, comfortable room, wonderful hosts giving us a lovely warm welcome and stay and nothing was too much trouble. Ideal situation near to cliff walk and short walk to town and restaurants.

We arrived for a weekend break for my birthday treat and were greated warmly by the lovely Claire and Guy. Their hospitality, home cooked breakfast and great location made our stay. A well situated area with good views (from room 7!), and car parking space. Claire and Guy were very nice hosts and nothing was too much trouble. It was a lovely room with an excellent breakfast. Would definitely visit again.

Just returned from a lovely weekend on the Isle of Wight. The Royson was everything we needed, great room, very clean, lovely breakfasts too. Such a good price for the quality of our stay. The owners are lovely and so welcoming and helpful - would highly recommend this guest house.
