The room was a decent size, although the bathroom was a bit on the small size. The whole place was very... more

I stayed at The Heatherleigh during a walking holiday of the coastal paths of the IOW, and spent the first and final nights of my trip here. My little dog Dylan accompanied me, and we were both given a very, very warm welcome. Both rooms we stayed in were excellent - spotlessly clean, of a very good size and extremely... more

A lovely place with lovely people. they looked after me and my father and his wheelchair brilliantly. They have lots of local knowledge to share. Father had a job to find room for more food after eating his Heatherliegh breakfast. As a vegetarian I was full of fruit and yoghurt and toast before I went out in a morning. more

We decided to visit the Isle of Wight for the first time, and we picked heatherleigh Hotel based on its reviews. We were certainly not disappointed. Mary, Kim and Cam are so friendly and welcoming, and gave us advice on where to visit and where to eat. The breakfast was brilliant and defiantly set you up for the day. The... more

The minute we went through the front door and meet Kym and her mother we felt so welcome. Kym was so lovely and willing to do anything for us. She... more

Stayed here with friends. The hotel was spotlessly clean. it is run by three generations all of whom are very friendly and helpful, they give us plenty of information about the island and various places to eat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting the Isle of Wight. more
