We booked late for the October School Break for ourselves and grandchildren ages 4 and 7 years. We had adjoining rooms at the rear . These were clean quiet and comfortable. The staff were great with the children . Our young grandson asked for sausage for breakfast and sausage and gravy and custard for dinner. Without comment and with a... More

I wouldn't want to give a hotel a bad review as they have to make a living, but I feel compelled to, so your precious holiday isn't ruined by disappointment. This is the only hotel I have been to where we were asked for all the money upfront - before we had even seen our room... It became obvious why... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in August and I must agree with the previous reviews that the decor here is just shocking!! The carpets are very old and thick and they even have the bathrooms carpeted! We had a chipped avocado suite that was very chipped, having said that I would have been more than happy with this hotel... More

The three of us stayed here in August in 2 rooms. Whilst the hotel does need some improvements as it is very dated the staff, food and friendly atmosphere definitely make up for this. The hotel is situated for easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. The only problem can be the parking, which needs to be improved. Overall a... More

This hotel really is not as bad as many are saying. If you're on a budget this is a very good 3* hotel with an excellent location. I almost felt like I was onto a good un' with the neighboring hotels costing double with the same sea-view and excellent location. Good points: - The staff really are friendly and helpful,... More

When we arrived at this hotel, we were given the keys to room 48. IT WAS DISGUSTING. dark, dingy, hair in the bed, more cobwebs that I,ve ever seen in a hotel. The bathroom had not seen a cleaner in days.{if it had! then they want a exercise in house cleaning,} The mugs had not been washed this whole room... More

My son and I stayed here at the weekend as a last minute booking. Decor is dated and upstairs corridor very warm with a spooky teddy bear in a cot! The staff were very friendly, room and bathroom very clean with a view across to the sea. Breakfast was freshly cooked and it was ideal for our stay. Swimming pool... More

Me and my partner headed over to the island a day earlier than originally planned and thus needed a hotel or B&B for one night, before checking into the cottage/chalet, which we had previously booked for the oncoming week. On arrival, we were greeted by two lovely staff members, whom were very accommodating in checking the availability if an en-suite... More

Having read the reviews I knew this hotel wasn't going to be great, but it really was quite bad! With the exception of the majority of staff who were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was frightening! Our room number 47 was dirty with toenail clippings on the floor, and backed on to the swimming pool generator which at 6:00am... More
