We were abit cautious about our booking at Landguard as we didn't originally realise that Park Resorts had taken over the Site - and with good reason! The Site was full to capacity with limited and old ammenities. Thick Cobwebs in the toilets, mouldy trim around the sinks and no plugs, not to mention the fact that the very small... more

We went on a SUN holiday to Landguard. We managed to get to the Morrisons near by but found there was a lack of signs after that. Myself, partner, 2 sons, young sister and even the dog! We all crammed into my car and red funnel ferried over to Isle of Wight. I have visited the Island so many times as a child and thought it was a great, less expensive, break. £9.50 a head and £30 for the dog. Plus linen, entertainment passes and the ferry... more

Landgaurd Holiday park is a relatively small caravan site owned by Park resorts,it has a small childrens playground,indoor and outdoor pools,games room,clubhouse and site shop.The park also has a handy coin operated laundry.We had a three bed caravan which was centrally heated and lovely and cosy on cold nights.The site does have smaller caravans and lodges also.I would say that... more
