Stayed here for one night, it's a great place. Run by such friendly, welcoming people who couldn't have been more helpful. We were given a rear-facing double room with en-suite, its decor was probably a wee bit dated, but was more than good enough for what we were after. Very attentive staff, rooms clean but some in need of upgrading but I believe they are going through the rooms one by one upgrading them. Terrible TV reception in rooms but I believe that is peculiar to the Isle of Wight. Food very plentiful, we stayed on Half Board, breakfast good, evening meals average but plenty of it. Myself, my Husband, Son and my mum who is 81 and Disabled have just returned from another wonderful visit to this very comfortable, friendly and welcoming Hotel.Mum had a downstairs en-suite room which catered for her every need. The rest of us had en-suite rooms upstairs which are clean, and bright.all inc television tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer.... more
