Two big bay windows - with stunning sea views. Huge room. Fresh fruit and bottled water - tea and coffee (plus hot chocolate!)... home made biscuits - and little love heart sugars. Nice finishing touches. Plenty of storage. Warm. Big bathroom with large luxury bath - room for two ;) and power shower, Elemis toiletries (thank you to my lovely... More

Our daughter bought us this as a Christmas present. She lives in Malta and knows how much we love to travel. She had booked us a hot tub stay with dinner and breakfast We arrived 23/1/16 and when we booked in a young blond took us to our "room" My husband saw a man lying on a bed and said... More

We purchased a 5pm deal for an overnight b&b stay in a hot tub room with a 30-minute beauty treatment for a pre-Christmas break. We had pre-booked our half hour back neck and shoulder massages. The massage was very relaxing however it only lasted 15-20 minutes! Our room was accessed from the rear of the hotel. It had a lovely... More

Unfortunately it was more fawlty towers than what we expected. Beautiful views and a lovely location but it was let down by inexperienced staff, management who were noticeable by their absence, and nobody knowing what was going on. The therapy was one of the best massages I've had and Wendy was friendly and professional. It seems everyone is on one... More

My husband booked this through 5pm. Deal was double room with hot tub, breakfast and spa treatment each. On the morning of our visit we were contacted by the hotel to inform us that the member of staff who does the spa treatments had phoned in sick (not hotels fault). After organising someone to have our kids overnight we couldn't... More

First of all can I compliment the excellent service provided by all the staff at Bayswell. They were all so friendly and could not do enough for you. My wife and I stayed in one of the Hot Tub Suites which was so enjoyable. Stunning views helped to make it even more relaxing. We both enjoyed a Spa treatment before... More

I booked here for my partners birthday surprise, from the minute we arrived we were over the moon. The hotel is gorgeous, we had a hot tub suite situated at the front of the hotel, despite gale force winds and weather warnings it was an amazing stay. Couldn't find fault with anything, staff were so friendly and took the time... More

We stayed in one of the rooms with the hot tub looking right out across the sea. View was absolutely stunning and it doesn't matter what the weather is like as the hot tub makes it feel like summer. When we walked in the room, there was home made shortbread and a fruit basket which was such a lovely touch.... More

We spent a night here on a DBB basis after receiving it as a gift from family at Christmas. We were in room 2 which we found small but adequate. View over the firth of fourth was lovely. Decor, fixtures & fittings all a bit tired looking. Bathroom badly needs either totally replaced or a proper refurb rather than the... More

Dear Guest, I'm disappointed to read that there were elements of your visit that let us down. This is in no way the level of service we ever want to portray at the Bayswell Park Hotel & Spa. We're in the business of creating memorable experiences here so it's disappointing to read that you felt we were not exceptional. I... More

We booked our break at short notice and we were not disappointed. Although it was 'Out of Season' we had a warm welcome from the very attentive staff. The room was huge and we had an excellent view across to Fife. It was clean all the facilities were working. We had an truly excellent meal and again the staff were... More
