I booked two rooms here for myself and a colleague on recommendation from the business we were in Belfast to visit. From start to finish the service has been outstanding. I called and spoke with Conor who was very helpful in the phone and sorted my booking while making me feel as though I was chatting with an old friend.... More

Room was small and strangely set up. Nicely decorated and recently renovated. Very clean. Our friends room was much larger for same price but needed a face lift. Our shower didn't work very well and water was extremely hot. Breakfast was formal but food very good. If you're a fan of B&B's, you'll like it.

The review rating only goes as far as excellent by I would add an extra star. The hotel is a former late 19th century private residence so the bed rooms are quite large, clean and have wonderfully comfortable beds. The breakfast is not to be missed as the choice is really fantastic and beats any of the 5 star hotels in... More

Stayed one night and wished we could have extended our stay. Beautiful room with a view, incredible food prepared for dinner with candles! Yummy breakfast. Location was close to City Airport which made it easy after a long journey...yet it in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Charm and comfort ---- we loved it and can't wait to return. And, did I... We visit Hollywood Belfast to see family and always stay here. I try to hunt around and see if there is anywhere better but there just isn't. Fabulous beds, rooms, staff and their breakfasts will set anyone up for the day. I once had the full grill and needed an hours rest in one of their lounge afterwards. They now... More

I stayed here for the night whilst visiting family in Holywood. It's a beautiful hotel in a peaceful location and the room was clean, comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast was amazing and after a long run along the shore, was really appreciated. The staff are ever so helpful too. I will definitely stay again. Perhaps the next time I will... More

Stayed on a work trip to Belfast which included the 5 course Titanic menu. Food was terrific, as was the service, staff very friendly, slept like a log and the breakfast was great. Top place where I'd go back if I had chance

One night business trip booked via hotels.com. Actually more a private Guest House than formal hotel. Good parking, personal service, Unfortunately there was a priavte function the night I stayed so the main restaurant area was out of use BUT nevertheless I was offered a private meal in one of the lounges, but eventually took my wonderful steak and salad... Lovely B&B with the added bonus of a restaurant of quality. Very comfortable rooms with en suite facilities and very well equipped. Welcoming, friendly and obliging staff who have gone out of their way. Word of warning - the restaurant is not always open in the evenings - so ask in advance. Having said that they have looked after me... More
