Needing a one-night place to stay before a connecting trip through Belfast, I stumbled on this gem. While not exactly conveniently located to downtown Belfast, it was very close to BHD from which I had an early-morning flight to Amsterdam. I was received graciously by one of the owners and, after hearing that I had difficulty with stairs (no lift)... More

I had a room which was individual and quirky - which I loved . Really high spec on everything form bathroom to bed linen. I had been warned about the breakfast. ie don't eat anything the night before - and I can see why. It was just beautiful and all freshly made. Perfect!

My wife and I were visiting friends in Holywood and spent 3 nights at Rayanne House. This is a very comfortable B & B with large rooms and plenty of plush furnishings. We had a very spacious room with Balcony and were very impressed with the level of comfort provided. It maintains a good level of privacy but the staff... More

This is quite simply the finest B&B you will stay at in the Belfast area. I cannot sing its praises too highly - from warmth of welcome to beauty of room and bounty of breakfast. I paid a little extra for a room at the top with a balcony view overlooking Belfast Lough. Worth every penny of the £90 it... More

It's not a hotel, much less an "airport hotel." Rather, it's a graceful B&B with wonderful service, spacious rooms with views, and well equipped baths. I cannot recommend it more highly, especially as I had an early flight out of Belfast City airport, which was about 6 min away by car. Read the other reviews for more details. But if... More

Not knowing the area at all, I wanted to try to stay outside of Belfast a bit. This was a bit too far outside for walking the town, but perhaps Belfast itself is more spread out than Dublin, where we walked a large part of the town. We really only had a day and a half to stay. I was... More

What a gorgeous property! We made the mistake of only staying one night! Had we known, we would have spent at least a couple of days! What wonderful people and comfortable accommodations! My parents stayed in a very modern en suite, while we enjoyed the very comfortable family room. I would love to go back, if even just for the... More

Stayed at Rayanne for the bagpiping competition in Stormont last week. What a find. Yes, its a bit out of town but a 10 minute taxi drive will take you in to the town centre. The staff a fantastic ( I didn't get her name but the Kenyan student was brilliant), breakfast fantastic!! Trust me, I've had a few in... More

Lovely comfortable place to spend a week. We visited Belfast, walked to Bangor and drove to Northern Ireland sites for three other days. In retrospect we wished we had stayed for three days at Rayanne house and then moved to Portrush or Port Stewart to spend time in the North. One of the best features was a dinner cooked by... More

Stayed for an evening in the lap of luxury and comfort. Stunning unique rooms and well looked after. Breakfast surely was award winning with two courses of a choice of many sumptuous treats. Cannot rate highly enough. Would love to try it for the titanic menu which I have heard nothing but great things about
