Just back from a one-night stay in Rayanne - family treat taking in ice hockey match in the Odyessey Arena. Wonderful house with great views over Belfast Lough. Bedrooms very comfortable with many extras making them feel very special. Breakfast was superb - real 'wow' factor, even from children. Why would anyone want to stay in a city centre hotel... more

It is a short distance from the City centre and with their directions easy to find . Parking is outside the hotel. The fabric and furniture is excellent and our bedroom on the 2nd floor was as good as you will ever get.The view overlooking Belfast Lough was outstanding . All meals have to be ordered beforehand but I suppose... more

Stayed here last weekend - was unsure what to expect seeing as Holywood isn't spoiled for choice in terms of places to stay. However, despite the absence of a lot of competition the owners have done a first rate job here. The place is spotless, has all mod cons and a mouth-watering breakfast menu to boot. Service was excellent -... more

We had a lovely few days at this Guest house but we thought some of the reports slightly gennerous. Room 6 was delightful, but Room 12 was not as good - in particular the bathroom needed some redecoration and the automatic lighting was a nuisance. The owners were friendly and the breakfasts were awe inspiring. It is not the fault... more

A truly wonderful place to stay. Luxury in a felt sense and gorgeous breakfasts in a fabulous setting with real attention to detail for the individual. I cannot 'wax lyrical' enough about Rayanne House and it's owners and staff. We arrived later on a Friday night and were given full information about local choices in where to eat and how... more

Overrated, food satisfactory, rooms dated, a little like a nursing home. Upside Staff were quite nice. So i may go back sometime but not for the stay but a meal and the staff always try something twice more

I had been traveling around Ireland for 2 weeks before I arrived here, and it was a case of saving the best to last. We had to fly out the next morning but had one night to enjoy the beautiful bedroom, bathroom and baclony with table and chairs that we watched the most magnificent sunset on Belfast Mountain, sipping a... more

My wife and I stayed in Rayanne House for one night. We had driven from Dublin to Belfast in the morning and spent the day shopping and were quite tired from stuffing as many IKEA products as possible into our car. We were greeted at the door and shown to a lovely room with a great view over Belfast Lough.... more

Stayed at this small hotel, it's not really a B&B,and were happy we did. The room with a spectacular view on the Lough and Belfast was spotless, large and comfortable. Nice bathroom and real bath. We had terrific weather, and a tiny balcony and could soak in the sun. Breakfast big, but a bit too sweet to my taste. Very... more
