My girlfriend booked this b&b for us to stay in as it was her Nan’s birthday and many of her family were going to be in Paignton. The hotel was very clean and had a decent breakfast. The Cosmopolitan is an amazing example of what you can do to a B&B if you are prepared to ditch the chintz. The owners have completely refurbished the interior providing a bright and modern look. The spacious room we stayed in was neutrally and stylishly decorated with very comfy beds (John Lewis!) and lovely leather chairs in the bay window.... more

We stayed at this B&B just off Paignton seafront over the Bank Holiday. The property was only acquired by the current owners in June, and is under a total refurbishment.
