Could not have wished for a better place to stay for our three night break. Hospitality,cleanliness and comfort of room plus mega breakfast all excellent. Really good central location but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful cul de sac with great sea views. A big thankyou to Carol and Martin.

Extremely welcoming hosts, spotlessly clean all round, very comfy room with stunning sea view & very nice breakfast :) This trip was paid for by my husbands parents as an early xmas present & pre-baby arrival break & they couldn't have picked a better one! Would definitely recommend and return in the future :)

Clean,welcoming and perfectly located with charming and helpful hosts. Not the biggest room I have stayed in but I slept well and the price was very reasonable. Good to have plenty of car parking available.

We love Marine Parade as it's quiet and away from the town and main roads. Hosts Carol and Martin are lovely, down to earth and attentive. Prices very reasonable, The cooked breakfast excellent, room spotless and beds comfortable. The sea view from the room is stunning. I would recommend Torbay Sands to anybody and everybody!! We shall return!!

Bowled over by the sea view as we entered the room. Spotlessly clean hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close enough to the "action" if that's what you are after. Very friendly folk who treated us like family (you know - the ones you get on with!)

We stopped over at this great little hotel as we we're in Torquay for a wedding. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early so we could get changed before heading off to the wedding.
