very good location, close to sea front, town, train station etc. Very comfortable rooms. Best breakfast ever! David and Jen are wonderful hosts. Visited many times, as have my parents and also had friends visit too.

Nine of us stayed here 2nd October for one night. Rooms are immaculately clean, breakfast was excellent. The location is really good, just a few minutes walk from the prom and the main street. Breakfast normally starts 08.30. I asked if we could have breakfast at 08.00 - No problem. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed for two nights at this delightful B&B. This is a very homely place run by a really nice couple who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great.
