Everything about our stay here was good, Mick and Hazel were great hosts, lovely rooms, good choices for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble, perfectly cooked poached eggs ! perfectly situated, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Ashleigh the last 3 days in Sept. Mick and Hazel were the perfect hosts. We were met with a welcoming cuppa on arrival before being shown to our room, which was the king size room. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. I thought that the little extra touches in the room, like... More

We read the reviews and The Ashleigh is exactly as everyone states. After three great nights there we would not stay anywhere else in Paighton. Brilliant. Do not just take my word for it, try and you will not be disappointed. We look forward to staying there again. Lorenzo and Tina.

Mick and Hazel, were the best hosts, kind, warm, friendly and welcoming. nothing was too much trouble and we were treated like royalty. The room was spotless, homely and peaceful with a great view of the rugby and cricket grounds. Excellent location peaceful and quiet. The breakfasts were to die for, with a wide range and variety to choose from.... More

We enjoyed staying at Mick & Hazel's Guesthouse so much last year, that we booked in again this July - and enjoyed it even more. We did have wall to wall sunshine which made it even better. Infact our week in Torbay was a bit like St Tropez, but without the language barrier! Needless to say it was a fabulous... More

After knocking on the door of the Ashleigh after travelling over 6 hours on a motorbike, and in need of a cuppa, Hazel and Mick were the perfect hosts. We were on the top floor, but the views were good and the room a reasonable size. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this B&B. The location was good.... More

I would have given Ashleigh 5 stars had our room not been so small! That said, we did ask for one overlooking the park and it had everything we needed, which was fine for a couple of nights but would have been very restrictive if we'd been staying longer. Also, there are only 3 parking spaces on site and once... More

Breakfast was superb having been prepared to guests individual requests as well as eating in a beautiful breakfast room. The guesthouse is located near the beach, shops and harbour and a... More

We were greeted warmly and genuinely by both Hazel and Mick who gave us a knowledgable rundown of the local area etc. Although we were early and had planned on just dropping our bags off at the hotel until later, our rooms were ready and we were allowed straight in. We had a double ensuite room on floor 1 which... More

We spent two nights here at the beginning of July. We were greeted by Hazel who provided us with tea and biscuits when we arrived. Our room was spotless and very quiet. The guest house is situated a short walk from the beach, harbour and shops - a great location. Breakfast was served by Mick and was well presented with... More
