We stayed here for just a night as a stop over. We were greeted with tea and cakes on arrival and the hosts tony and Jill were absolutely brilliant. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great. This stay made a great end to the rest of our travels. Highly recommend this accommodation.... More

We stayed here September this year, not our first visit but again the welcome, rooms, breakfast and overall cleanliness second to none. The good weather was a bonus. A real home from home atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble for Gill and Tony. Look forward to seeing you again next year. Once again thanks for everything.

My husband and I stayed recently for a long weekend. Jill and Tony are wonderful hosts and we were greeted with tea and cake. The room was comfortable, pretty and clean. Everything required and needed was supplied in the room and en-suite. Choices at breakfast were very good and tasted superb. The short walk to the harbour, sea front, shops... More

Really enjoyed our break at St Edmunds. Breakfast is healthily cooked by Jill with Tony ensuring everyone is looked after and that they have everything they need. We stayed in room 3 and even though it is on the ground floor sound is not a problem. We will be returning again of that there is no doubt. Thanks Tony and... More

Found on trip advisor, reviews dont lie. Lovely little place, Jill and Tony are wonderful hosts very polite and interested in what we were doing. They knew all the best little places to go for food and drink that we never would have found ourselves, and even a list of the cheapest petrol stations around which was updated twice a... More

...at St Edmunds....a warm welcome from Jill & Tony, a clean & comfortable, well-equipped room, what more could you ask? As walkers, this trip we ventured away from our usual South West Coast Path onto the Exe Valley Way (lunch at the Turf), the Dart Valley Trail and the Templer Way, all of them enjoyable and all with excellent transport...
