Just back from Collerton Lodge .All of thr great reviews are true.The only downside is the parking which needs to be sorted out or at least explained clearly on arrival.

We stayed for two nights for a wedding in the nearby Church. Very warm welcome, nice room and lovely breakfast. John and Sandy also advised us on the best way to get to the places we wanted to go to. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.

We had a wedding at Paignton Zoo in the middle of the Easter Break. We only wanted one night but was finding places to stay difficult until the owners here were able to help us out. My second stay with John and Sandy was just as good as the first. The hosts were as accommodating as ever. The house is beautiful and it is in a great location, not to mention the fantastic breakfast. See you again next year. I'm looking forward to it already. I love your new conservatory!

Friendly service, Good food, welcoming and good service

We have stayed here twice in 2 different rooms. The B&B is comfortable and well equipped. The owners make you feel very welcome and are helpful if you need any information about the area. Lovely breakfast and ideal base to visit nearby places such as Torquay and Dartmouth.
