I work away from home and stay over at the hotel 3 nights a week It's like a home from home and am always made very welcome. Carol, Margeret and David are very accomodating and friendly. The hotel is well placed and just out of town enough to be quiet and a short walk from the picturesque harbour and beach... More

We have just returned from an excellent 4 day break over Christmas 2011. 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 children had the best christmas break ever. We were greeted by David on our arrival and he was very welcoming. Couldn't do enough for us. The room for the 3 children was at the back of the hotel on the... More

Stayed overnight to explore Paignton enroute to visiting a friend. Very friendly lady greeted me. Room was comfortable and clean with everything I needed with the added bonus of a double bed as was expecting a single as staying alone. Was nervous as had never stayed anywhere alone before but the lady was very helpful and I felt at ease.... More

The hotel is in a very good location the harbour is 100 metres away and also within walking distance of the town centre. We had a lovely room for our Autumn long weekend. Margaret, Carol and David made us most welcome. We had a breakfast to set us up for the day and an excellent evening meal on our return.... More

very friendly owners and staff. Food was very good, all home cooked. Very helpful with special diets etc. Gave lots of useful suggestions for places to visit and things to see. Nice and clean, disabled access. Slight hill which may be bit steep for elderly or disabled, but not far from harbour or goodrignton sands (walk down cliff path). Been... More
