Overpriced single room for an average seaside guesthouse. The tariff is the drawback as most suchlike seaside establishments are past their 'best by' dates. All doable for a couple of nights but no longer.

We arrived early for an 8 night stay just hoping that we would be able to leave our car before checking in later in the afternoon, a quick check of the register and room and we were allowed straight in. We were not only pleased to be able to unpack early in the day, we had booked a sea view... More

The view alone paid for itself. Beautiful. Comfy and very clean. We will definitely come back here again. Easiness of everything really helped us too! Will recommend to anyone. We will definitely miss waking up to that view again and again.

Nice hotel near the harbour and close to the town. Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean. The choice of breakfast was very good and served quickly. Stayed for my 60th birthday and it was a good choice. Would stay again

My husband and myself stayed here this weekend just gone as it was my hubbies 50th birthday and our 27th anniversary, and we fancied a quiet weekend away without the children. On arrival we were met with a friendly face, not sure if it was Pam or Kirstene as they didn't actually introduce themselves by name, but she was lovely... More

An older style holiday hotel close to the boat harbour and beach. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a great view over the bay towards Torquay. The bar was pretty basic, but breakfast was very good with a good selection. The lady serving was efficient but a little off handed.... More

Stayed here in September and as always had a wonderful stay. The Pearson below my review that described it as a dump is talking complete nonsense. It's the only hotel in Paignton I would gladly go to again
