Nice hotel near the harbour and close to the town. Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean. The choice of breakfast was very good and served quickly. Stayed for my 60th birthday and it was a good choice. Would stay again

My husband and myself stayed here this weekend just gone as it was my hubbies 50th birthday and our 27th anniversary, and we fancied a quiet weekend away without the children. On arrival we were met with a friendly face, not sure if it was Pam or Kirstene as they didn't actually introduce themselves by name, but she was lovely... More

An older style holiday hotel close to the boat harbour and beach. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a great view over the bay towards Torquay. The bar was pretty basic, but breakfast was very good with a good selection. The lady serving was efficient but a little off handed.... More

Stayed here in September and as always had a wonderful stay. The Pearson below my review that described it as a dump is talking complete nonsense. It's the only hotel in Paignton I would gladly go to again

Based on the reviews of others who have frequented this "luxury guesthouse" (own pamphlet), I decided to book a twin room here for my sister and myself. The ground floor room was so small, we immediately dubbed it the "phone booth." Two people had no chance of passing without elaborate choreography. The television set was so tiny, it was only... Stayed here recently for a week, Glad we did. Friendly welcome on arrival. Room was on second floor, stairways were narrow. Room clean and fresh, we were at the rear and it was very quiet. Breakfasts were excellent with a good variation. Kirstene and her family run an efficient , clean and friendly hotel, which we would recommend.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last week with my 5 year old. It was good value for money and just what we needed. The staff were child friendly, the room TV came with a DVD player. They served a great full breakfast which is included in the cost. The hotel is a hop skip to the beach and... More

Excellent location overlooking Torbay. family run very friendly and helpful! Room spotless and very well presented unfortunately for me it was a rear view room obviously would have preferred a sea view particularly with the location. As with other reviews unfortunately adequate that it was, breakfast was lacking that little something that you expect at a B&B difficult to put... More
