Very enjoyable stay we signed up for the reward card so benefited from the free full English breakfast. The room was basic but clean it was totally worth £35 we paid. Couldn't fault the staff every member was very helpful, especially Tom who ran the breakfast which was of a high standard. Would definitely stay again. :)

We have just been to the Bay Horse for a nice enjoyable date evening. However it was ruined as my partner ended up eating his dinner alone as my burger came uncooked and burnt. They were happy to replace but after 30 minutes of waiting I felt is was not appropriate to wait no longer. Very poor, will not be... More

Awful night. Bed hard. Noisy hotel. TV not working, no power to it. Reception closed so no-one to complain to (though they will have known there was no power to the tv from previous guests). Not worth the £66 paid.

Our room was fine, with a few niggles but no major problems, and was good value for money at the price we paid. The Bay Horse staff were helpful in suggesting places within walking distance to eat at. At breakfast they were so busy that they were scarcely to be seen - I know that is because they were cooking... More

I first off have to say that the front of house Staff are great at this hotel so I have no complaints there. As mentioned in other reviews, this is a old Premier Inn so you get what you are expecting although the Bathrooms are a little tired and my major disappointment was the fact that my Bathroom was not... This used or be a Premier Inn and it retains the facilities and with an improvement to housekeeping it will reach the high standard again. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the bonus us the Flaming Grill next door, so no need to go hunting for dinner. It is located close to the M6 and just down the... More

Very friendly welcome, really clean modern room and bathroom. Free secure car parking. The bed was huge and comfy. Very powerful hot shower. We loved this place, 4 minutes from the M6, joined onto a fabulous large country/family type pub, because it`s joined and not above there was no problem with noise. The lady that greeted us on arrival must... More

Room 22 is very scary. Stay there, and you wont be the only occupant! I lasted 2 hours. I can see why Premier Inn sold this hotel. I was cut by flying glass when a tumbler literally exploded next to me. Moved to another room which was ok. Couldnt get away quick enough next morning.
