The Hotel is new & has all facilities you need - bar,restaurant,gym,sauna,swimming pool ,etc... The room service is very good as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking charge (as I can remember it was £6 per day). For a weekend in Durham this hotel has an excellent location, just cross a footbridge over the river and you're in the town.
