The room was clean and quite. The service staff was really friendly compared to the people working at the reception desk or the breakfast room. They were not really unfriendly but they didn't seem very motivated and were not helpful at all. Durham is a nice location for a weekend and we found an excellent and authentic Italian restaurant. More
