Stayed here several times when working in the area. Owners are very friendly, nice relaxed atmosphere, rooms very comfy and there's a legendary breakfast. 5 min walk to town, which is nice for a bit of fresh air after the working day. more

We stayed here for three nights in April and really enjoyed ourselves. When I booked I was warned that our room (number 12, I think) was the smallest they had and had sloping ceilings, but we thought it was lovely; really nicely decorated, clean and bright. A lovely room to come back and relax in at the end of a... more

The owner was extremely helpful on our arrival; other guests happened to arrive at the same time but he offered every assistance to all of us. My son had a fairly small basic room without an en-suite toilet. However, we knew about that before we booked and so it wasn't a problem. I had a lovely spacious room adjoining his,... more

Yeo Dale is a small hotel/guest house. My room was sizable and decorated in original style, with comfortable beds and a really good shower in the ensuite bathroom. The room had a small TV and coffee making facilities, but no internet access or desk. The centre of Barnstaple is within easy walking distance. The English breakfast was big and of... more

This little 'boutique' hotel is out of this world! Its like a bed and breakfast because it is so small, and you get a real personal service. The rooms are decorated really well, and fashionable. Very upmarket. There is freeview in each room and free wireless net access. Coffee making facilities in the room also. The bathroom I had had... more

We stayed here just for one night in February and were very pleased with the quality of our room and the friendly owners. The room was recently decorated and en-suite facilities added which were modern and very clean. The breakfast was excellent too! more

I booked this hotel at very short notice when my father was rushed into the nearby hospital. I booked based largely upon the reviews that I read on Tripadvisor. The hotel is very convenient for both the town and the hospital and looks out over a river and a park, watching the world go by from the dining room is... more

We used this hotel when going to see a show at the nearby Queen's Theatre, and were very impressed with the hotel as a whole. On arrival, we were given a friendly welcome and told about all the faciltiies in our room, including an i-Pod docking station. The building was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good too, locally... more
