Newly refurbished throughout, looks (and smells) all new and is very clean. Spacious clean room with comfortable beds. No road noise or cigarette smells. Never heard anyone in the occupied rooms next to us. We, two adults and two kids, stayed at Easter and were welcomed with Easter Eggs for the kids. The room had recently been refurbished and was consequently very clean and tidy although there wasn't a lot of room with both extra beds out. arived sunday afternoon had a lovely welcombe, the room was very nice just been refurbished, but the new carpet had the new smell and was abit over powering, the window in the room had a hooting noise when the wind blowed, the evening food and breakfast was very poor, wouldnt really recomend staying there
