We booked this hotel because it showed nice photos of the bedrooms and had wifi. The room we got was something from the 70's with a pink bathroom suite and musty smell. It was just so horrible. Picked the hotel mostly because it was handy for the start of a planned weekend of cycling along the Tarka Trail. However was immediately impressed with the quality of the staff who were friendly and helpful. We arrived late and so only grabbed a meal at the bar and that was no problem and was the nicest fish and chips... more

Just got back from a one night stay with two teenagers and my husband. We stayed for a wedding and could not falter the staff. They were always smiling, always happy to help. It you stay here and see two young lads working around the hotel, take note that these must be one of the two hardest working young lads... more
