Enjoyed our stay at Bay house lake view excellent location very near to lake and town centre , room very clean and comfortable very good breakfast and Sandra the owner very pleasant will be visiting there again.

Plump bedding giving a luxurious feel. Shower and heating was timed right. Able to leave and enter at any time. Location is central to almost everything for the Lake District. Very friendly and helpful people around with excellent manners.

Breakfast was huge every morning. Sandra the landlady was hugely accommodating welcoming us when we arrived after a 6 hour journey. Gave us great tips for places to walk and restaurants to eat in. Rooms were clean and all were full which says everything. Marvellous.

Stayed here April 2012 and we thought Sandra's B&B was great, Sandra was very friendly and even let my little dog (Milly) stay short notice. Very clean and quiet.
