We could not fault this cottage. The accommodation was good, the breafasts were superb and the hosts were most friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We could come and go as we wished and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - in spite of the weather!!

Fell in love with this lovely cottage, the gardens ,with the sound of the stream and waterfall at the back were so relaxing, luckily we had good weather and enjoyed afternoon cuppas sitting out. Good location , just a short walk into Bowness centre, . friendly hosts Great breakfast_nothing too much trouble. Hope to return .

What a great night sleep! I almost feel that is all I need to say, but the guest house is more than that and deserves more. Very nice location, 5-10 minutes walk. A great b&b that i found almost by accident on this site. they were quite accomodating about staying one night only at the weekend (winter only) which was good. hosts really couldn't do enough for you and recommended a great little walk beside windermere hotel. breakfast great and nice to sit by the window in the breakfast room and enjoy...
