A lovely place to stay for a weekend in Bowness. Very central to all the fabulous restaurants in the area. Comfortable, spotless and very friendly. The breakfasts were delicious, and the people very welcoming and friendly. In fact, can't fault the place at all. We will be back.

Excellent location & service from Jason & his team. Up-graded to 4 poster room with new en-suite & to top it all we had breakfast served in room for both days. Parking is tight but Jason will assist. Everything on doorstep so perfect location. Will return again.

Warm friendly welcome by the owner Jason and his team. Upgraded to a bigger room without an extra charge. Room overlooked a beautiful church and beyond. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Felt at home. Located perfectly near restraunts, shops and bars. value for money too. Breakfast was lovely, the staff very pleasant and cheery. We will definitely go back!
