Some of the staff were a bit 'off', not sure if this was because they were too busy due to a shortage of staff or not. Concierge did everything at 100mph, nice guy but too busy. The restaurant staff at breakfast were few and far between and there were usually 5-10 guests queueing to be seated each morning.
