Stayed in room 12 - clear it had been newly refurbished with modern feel such as spot lights and plasma TV on the wall. Very clean. Food excellent and staff accomodating. This hotel is slightly shabby - it could do with a good lick of paint. However the views over the lake are amazing - make sure you ask for a lake view room - it's worth the upgrade price (our original room overlooked the air conditioning units!). The bedroom ( 43 ) was clean The bathroom a little on the small side, but adequate The Bed & pillows were comfortable Staff were helpful & friendly ( slight problem with the bill which was quickly sorted ) more

We arrived at about 5pm and check in was ok.We went upto the room to find a very tired an old fashioned room - threadbare carpets,paper peeled off the walls, the en-suite bathroom lead a lot to be desired very small, consisted of a shower tray with a very dirty curtain, and a toilet ver crammed!!!
