We recently stayed at the Burnside Hotel for a 5 day stay during which we got married at Kendal Registry Office. We were staying with 2 children and both sets of parents on a DBB basis. We have a fantastic time and found the hotel to be excellent. All our family rooms were spacious with seperate rooms for the children... more

Had a lovely two night stay at the Burnside, Pleasant staff at reception, fuss free all the way. stayed dbb. excellent food and service, can't recommend it highly enough. Didn't try the leisure facilities on offer, but may try them next time. Only a short walk from Bowness town center and the lake itself. more
