We paid £65 prpn which was good value for money. The rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good and the staff were amenable. Lovely Bed and Breakfast. The location is great. Marie made us feel so welcome. Her breakfast was lovely. We were greeted with warmth and kindness. We stayed in room 9, which was located on the groundfloor. It had everything we needed. We shall definatley return.

Good service from a comfortable guest house. Good breakfast, comfortable sleep, 2 minutes walk to the Main Windermere Lake for watersports and ferries. Located not far from some great fell walks. Off road and free parking included, a godsend!

Very good value for money - if you want 5* luxury then go somewhere else and pay 3 times the price!
