This was a last minute hotel found on my phone after a booking a hotel in stoke which was awful. A friendly greeting and assisted us straight away. Reception staff very friendly and helpful from check in to checkout. Room was clean and tidy . There is a car park out the front of the hotel which can get busy with visitors to the restaurant, there is another behind the hotel which only had a few cars in so plenty of room. We stayed here the night before visiting Alton Towers so we could be there bright and early. Great value at £29. Easy to find, tons of parking and large clean rooms. The bed was very comfy. Our room had a small double bed and the bathroom was inadequately equipped. In consequence my wife was unable to bath or shower. We will never stay here again.

Good overall service and presentation. I would stay here again. Very friendly staff.

Stayed here with my husband and 4 year old son in April. The room was spacious and clean, good value for money. The Taybarn attached was excellent. This is my second visit to this particular Premier Inn and definately won't be my last.
