Stayed here last week for a trip to Alton Towers. From the moment we walked in the service was excellent. All the staff we came across were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room was immaculate and very spacious. Great stay, would definitely stay again

OK with regards to rooms. The staff are friendly and professional and the breakfast is fine.... however don't have an evening meal in the restaurant it is not a good experience....I have tried to eat there 5 times and no joy so far......many good restaurants nearby
