its good enough if you are travelling and just want to say a couple days for sleeping but not living as the rooms are just that size with a economical bathroom. its in the middle of town so everything is in walking distance if your legs work ok

Friendly help full staff when available, room was clean and tidy but think they only thought one person was staying as not enough tea/coffee/ milk or sugar, only one towel and bedding when checked looked like it had been stood on when making the beds up. No hair dryer, No noise from outside the building to say its on a... More

Our two night stay was excellent, the room was on the top floor which meant we didn't experience any noise from inside or outside the hotel. The room was very spacious, warm and comfortable and the facilities were excellent in the bedroom and bathroom! We were greeted by a very friendly, professional and helpful Receptionist which was lovely after a... More

One of the best hotel rooms i have ever stayed in.It is a pity it was spoiled by the stupid practice of putting a paper liner on your dinner plate before they put the food on it. yuk yuk If you are going to serve food you should get properly trained staff to do it not the receptionist..

Apart from our card key not working when we checked-in and then being given the master key. the stay was comfortable. We usually stay in 4-5 star establishments, and this was obviously a little different, but it was clean, an adequate size and actually rather quiet. I must admit I did have a few miss conceptions about hotels like this... More

Needed a bed for night before meeting on Monday morning. Great value, very clean & tidy; lovely staff who went out of way to help whilst there; easy parking either outside hotel or in same car park that adjoins Lidl. Great location; central to main routes in and out of town and onto Stoke or M6. Bits of traffic noise... More

Handy location for town centre with good road links. On arrival I was given a room on the top floor which is a quiet floor mainly reserved for business guests. The room was small for a double, I've stayed in bigger singles, and the views were pleasant and looked over houses and a school to the countryside beyond. Despite warnings... More

Stayed for one night, staff were pleasant and helpful, room was compact but had everything you would need, clean and comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities and I borrowed a hairdryer from reception. Good shower with plenty of hot water. No problem fuss free stay. Good value.

The hotel was average . Room was slightly dated and very minimal e.g not enough milk for teas and coffee . No seating area . Have to pay for wifi . Toilet roll is cheap stuff and rough . Close to town
