just spent two nights at the alendale and thoroughly enjoyed it. the room was spotless with everything we needed.the breakfast menu is very comprehensive, not to mention delicious! good base for visiting other attractions such as monkey world,lyme regis and charmouth etc. being able to park our car was a real bonus.would recommend.s and p. plymouth

Just returned from a superb Easter break at the Alendale.Once again wonderfully welcoming & helpful hosts. Comfortable bed & spotlessly clean room plus delicious breakfasts and free off road parking.Unbeatable.

Stayed at the Alendale for three nights. This is my second visit. Jim and Denise are excellent hosts, helpful and welcoming, and the breakfasts are superb. Rooms are very good and the beds are so so comfortable. Can't recommend it highly enough.
