lovely clean guest house, the best breakfast we have ever had !, It was huge ! Sue knows the area very well and came up with lots of good places to visit. Nice relaxed atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. no bad points, ten minutes walk to harbour. car park small but plenty of on street parking around

The accommodation is a little out of the centre of Weymouth - probably about 10 minutes to the beach and somewhat longer to the better part of the town. Booked an overnight stay last minute for a weekend away. Guest house was lovely. Welcome was warm and informative but not too fussy. Off road parking was a bonus. Married couple, stayed 2 nights found the Florian clean, comfortable and well presented, the breakfast was excellent and Sue very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the Florian to everyone. In fact we came back for a second year without any hesitation.

We stayed for one night, the place is very easy to find, and it is not so far from the beach / harbour. The room was quite small, but very clean, and with everything that you might need. The garden behind the house is perfect for some rest, in the morning or afternoon. The owners are very nice, and helpful.

I was very impressed wih the Florian. Room was clean and a good size, as was the ensuite. Very friendly welcome. I stayed at the Florian for three nights in June and spent two days fishing on Dave's charter boat 'atlanta'. Sue cooked the best breakfasts I've ever had in a b&b and Dave was a very knowledgable and experienced skipper and a nice bloke with it. I will definately return to the Florian.
