Booked the day before for one night. Graeme phoned us in advance after we asked by e-mail for a restaurant recommendation for Saturday night. He booked Floods for us - a kind touch. We arrived at The Old Rectory at 5.00 pm and were offered tea - very welcome after a day's walking. Our room was immaculate, well furnished and... More

Very pleasant welcome and stay at 'The Old Rectory', lovely hosts, clean and beautiful rooms, delightful food. Stayed for two nights in the Dorchester Room. This is a very large room with a balcony and seaview, and a large bathroom with a separate shower. Barbara and Graeme could not have been more helpful, with a map of the area and... More

Stayed for two nights last week in the Dorchester Room. This is a very large room with a large spotlessly clean bathroom with a large separate shower. Tea and a cake on arrival, fantastic cooked breakfast chosen from a list of alternatives that should suit all tastes. Just across the road from the quiet end of Weymouth beach, 15 to... More

This is a beautiful place to stay. The Chesil Room has a view of the sea, and is tastefully decorated. We had a very warm welcome, and Barbara provided us with a map of the town, with eateries and interesting places marked for us. It's a lovely stroll from he along to the old harbour area. We had everything we... More

This is a top class establishment which is friendly and spotless with superbly presented food. If you visit Weymouth, don't stay anywhere else. Graham and Barbara have the blueprint as to how to run a B & B. There is nothing you can fault.

We were in Weymouth for just one night and the Old Rectory is in a perfect location...near to everything but situated on a lovely quiet road. The breakfast is memorable !..Thankyou Barbara and Graham for your hospitality. We hope to return when we are in the area... More
