We were warmly welcomed to this lovely old guesthouse and our whole experience there really contributed to making our holiday an enjoyable one. From the delicious Dorset breakfast, which made use of local produce, to the unbelievably comfortable beds, we were delighted with everything. The rooms were well supplied with teas and coffees, hot chocolate and biscuits (very unlike certain... More

Wonderful Room with disabled wetroom en suite. Lovely healthy breakfast. Friendly hosts who even took us to the railway station when our taxi failed to show. Ramps into building which is near to beach.

We have just returned from a two-night stay as a family of four. We had a lovely family room on the top floor. The welcome after a very stressful drive was lovely and the owners took time to chat with us on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole experience very special. They even humoured our... More

Stayed one night, travelling on bikes with my son. Very friendly and welcoming owners, good accommodation for both ourselves and our pushbikes. Room was clean, well decorated - towels and consumables all good. Would recommend or stay here again without a moment's hesitation if the occasion arose.

Stayed here in July 2015, and liked it so much we extended our stay. We were walking the coast path and got the details from the list in the South West Coast Path Book 2015. Ideal for walking Portland Isle and west and east from Weymouth, with good bus service connection. Run by lovely people who make you feel very... More

We had a really lovely 3 night break thanks to the hospitality of the owners. They were so helpful and willing to spend time with each of their guests. They had built up a good knowledge of the area and were able to recommend places to visit. The breakfasts were the best we have had even at really up market... More

We stayed for two nights in late June 2015. As a couple we were placed in a spacious first floor double room which was lovely, the bathroom was a good size compared to many B and B's with a brilliant shower. The only fault with the room would be the décor was a little dated. On arrival we were met... More

Lovely little guest house not far from the esplanade in Weymouth and walking distance to the harbour. Mike & Jennie were very welcoming with a coffee and lovely biscuits. Our bedroom was super clean with everything that you need. Breakfast was gorgeous with fresh fruit & chunky bacon! Definitely recommend.
