Enjoyed our second stay here. The whole campsite is immaculately clean particularly showers and toilet block. Family bathrooms were a big hit too. This visit the swimming pool was a big plus to us as we were blessed with good weather too. We didnt use the on site club house but it looked popular. Would definitely stay again as also... More

We stayed here in a tent over the end of May half term weekend. Plus points: Swimming pool was cold but well maintained Bar in the Barn is great facility, food was good and reasonably priced Good modern toilet block but insufficient quantity of showers for number of residents. Negative Points: Wi-if was an absolute waste of money, service was... More

Thanks for your comments. There has been substantial investment in the park in recent years, including the new facilities block, the Bar in the Barn, the renovated shop and the swimming pool (which operates at 27 degrees C - a fairly standard temperature for leisure pools for reasons of health and hygiene). In addition, all the facilities are independently inspected... More

excellent campsite clean loos and showers barn very nice a little bit off the beaten track but still ok the only poor thing was the wifi paid £8.00 for three days but could not get on it at our pitch had to go to the barn to get connection told the reception who didn't seem to care repeated this to... Thank you for your comments. On the Wifi issue, the park makes no promises about availability on pitches as this depends a lot on tree cover, the positioning of vehicles and the number of other users on the system. The terms and conditions of the wifi make clear that it is provided on an "as is" basis and may drop... More

Stayed here for just under a week and found the park to be lovely. Staff were nice and friendly, toilets were immaculately clean and the shop was well stocked with the essentials. We were here over Whitsun weekend, whilst it was busy it wasn't too noisy. Definitely worth visiting again!

Only just arrived back from a lovely 4 day break to West Fleet Holiday Farm. The site is exceptionally clean with a lovely heated pool....a real must for the kids. The toilets and showers are immaculate and cleaned daily. The plots are very generous and nicely spaced out. The bar area is a good place to go on a chilly... More

Just returned from a 3 night stay with 3 boys aged 5,7 & 9. Well laid out site with lovely views and sunsets. Outdoor pool was good fun. One shower block needed pulling down before it fell down, was clean though. The play park was disappointing in that most of it was broken or out of action so the boys... More

Thanks for your comments. All facilities on the park have been independently checked and certified to the AA Three Pennant Standard, with the new facilities block (one of three) substantially exceeding those requirements. The play area, which includes a field specifically for games etc does include a selection of play items, primarily intended for younger children. Inevitably, from time to... More

Just returned from a weekend break at West Fleet. It's a nice site, good layout, pitches are around the perimeter of each field and the middle area is left so children can play (or that's what I assume it's for). If you're not set-up with your own toilet facilities make sure you ask for a pitch near the Shower /... More

Thanks for your comments. Glad you enjoyed your stay. On the issue of toilet facilities, there are two other facilities blocks in addition to the new one, as well as toilets situated outside the new clubhouse and at the pool. Taken together, this means that the park more than meets the requirements for its AA Three Pennant rating. Whitsun Bank... More

Stopped over for a few nights on the way back from Cornwall. The kids enjoyed the pool though found it a bit cold. The shower/toilet blocks are plentiful as they have put some new ones up and they were always kept clean. Onsite shop is useful for essentials but unfortunately we had an extremely bad experience with the woman in... More

Thanks for your comments. Some devices are slower than others to release and refresh their IP addresses and this can cause difficulties when accessing wifi. This is not an issue with the service, but the particular device, with some models being especially prone to the problem. The park's staff are happy to help with any reasonable request, but cannot be... More

Great site, fairly new facilities which are great. Family bathrooms are good, having a bath in them. Only issues were the time that these bathrooms were open, if you spent the day out and we're not camped close enough to monitor when they became free, there was little chance you would be able to use one. To have had a... More

Thanks for your comments. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. The "family bathrooms" are intended primarily for families with younger children and are open at specific times which are published on the doors. The main toilet and shower facilities are open 24/7. There is also a wheel-chair access toilet and shower, which is accessible by key. All the facilities are... More
