There is a lift running from Basement lounge and bar area up to second floor, access to 3rd floor is up a further flight of stairs. Stairs are narrow and quite steep, if you have any mobility problems would recommend contacting hotel to discuss.... More

I stayed at this hotel from 20/03/15 for a long weekend. I went with a coach load from Cambridge and we all really enjoyed our stay. I stayed in room 6 which was a single room. My room was very comfortable and clean. The room met my needs as a single. The food was plenty and very tasty. The best... More

Well situated, but very basic. Narrow stairs, has a lift but some small rooms. Nice and clean but no lounge area. Food good. Staff very helpful. Brilliant evening entertainment. Went as part of a coach party, older people kept getting a bit lost with all the stairs.

Stayed with a coach party of friends. Staff were very welcoming, rooms had been freshly and tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. We had a room with a lovely sea view, but downside was noise from the main road. The food was varied, hot and home cooked, the waiting staff were young people, very polite and very attentive, nothing was... More

Just returned from the Hotel Norfolk after a wonderful weekend. Nothing is too much trouble and sue and her staff are wonderful. Looks like hotel has had a recent referb and standards are very good because of this. Food is of good quality and plenty of it. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Great hotel for a very short stay, Meals are hot, plenty of variation and large portions, happy staff , but there appears to be a problems with the light bulbs in the dinning room. Bar is a good size and there is always entertainment

just returned from a coach trip to this hotel and found it excellent value. Food was tasty and plentiful and the staff very helpful . The only complaints we heard were that some of the rooms were very small so would be worth checking when you book. Sea front rooms had great views but not all were spacious . Otherwise... More
